IMP Suite — what it is, what it does, why anyone pays
One page you can open on a call, paste into a DM, or hand a partner. Every product: name → function → free vs paid → why buy → why different → one-liner.

Money ladder — what you sell
IMP spec · self-host · self-badge · public Radar heat · verify receipts CLI · Drop board (limited) · public AgentRank board · basic AMB emit
100k matches · hosted Badge verify · Radar alerts · receipt issue · Drop boosts · AgentRank track · standard AMB · one Stripe checkout
1M matches · priority rank · full Radar graph · receipt explorer/disputes · Drop priority · AgentRank API · strong AMB baseline

Private index · SDVOSB path · UEI G24VZA4RLMK3 · CAGE 21U51
Rule: Badge / Radar / Receipts / Drops / Rank are not +$10 add-ons. They unlock inside $49/$199. AMB Amplify is the only separate mid-ticket SKU besides Index.

1. IMP — Intention Market Protocol
IMP (Intention Market Protocol)
Open standard so AI agents can say “I need X” and tools can say “I provide X” in a machine-readable way.
- Defines how capabilities, intentions, and matches are described
- Lets anyone self-host a matcher (not locked to SML)
- Feeds badges, radar, receipts, drops, and ranking
$0 forever — protocol, schemas, reference code. We never charge to “use IMP.”
Without a shared language, every agent integration is custom glue. IMP is the common tongue.
Not another closed agent marketplace. Open protocol first — commerce layer optional.
Upgrade from “hope the LLM guesses your API docs” → structured intention ↔ capability matching.
Any time someone says “is this proprietary?” → “Protocol is free and open. Hosted Index is optional.”
2. Premium Capability Index
Premium Capability Index (hosted Match API)
Hosted, ranked, fast discovery so agents find your API and settle payment — without you running the whole stack.
- Hosts the matcher (latency/uptime targets)
- Ranks providers (priority on Pro)
- Meters matches (100k @ $49 · 1M @ $199)
- Bundles Suite Core/Pro tools
- Hooks multi-rail x402 settlement path
$49/mo Starter · $199/mo Pro · Enterprise custom
- Self-hosting is real work (ops, ranking, distribution, SLA)
- Agents prefer the fastest, most trusted index
- Suite tools (badge/radar/etc.) unlock with the same key
Not a human API directory (Postman/RapidAPI catalogs). Built for agent match + pay. Protocol stays free so the category grows.
Upgrade from “listed somewhere” → “matched, ranked, paid, receipted.”
Stripe via pricing.html · tier premium_starter / premium_pro · product premium-index
3. Agent-Ready Badge
Agent-Ready Badge (“SSL for agents”)
A public seal that your endpoint speaks IMP / is agent-ready — README, site, docs.
- Free: publish
/.well-known/imp.json, use self-attest SVG - Paid ($49 bundle): hosted re-scan, “Verified by SML” seal, listing boost
Trust + SEO + social proof. Same reason sites show SSL locks and SOC2 badges.
Most “AI badges” are stickers. Ours ties to a real machine-readable capability file and optional hosted verify.
4. Agent Radar
Agent Radar
Shows what agents are hunting — category heat free; named intel + alerts paid.
- Free: public heat / demand pulse (attention magnet)
- $49: your match counts, digests, basic named signals
- $199: full graph, webhooks, export
FOMO and product intel. “Are agents even looking for what I sell?”
Analytics products show your traffic. Radar shows market intent before they hit you — discovery-layer telemetry.
5. Match Receipts
Match Receipts
Cryptographic / structured proof that an agent paid and got a result.
- Free: open schema + verify
- $49: hosted issue API
- $199: explorer, search, dispute window, 402Proof linkage
Chargebacks, partner disputes, audit, “show me you delivered.” Agent commerce needs receipts like card commerce does.
Tx hashes alone don’t prove which capability was fulfilled. Receipts bind pay ↔ match ↔ result hash.
6. Intention Drops
Intention Drops
Public bounty board: “I need this capability, I’ll pay up to Y.”
- Free: post/browse rate-limited drops (attention + protocol practice)
- $49: boost credits so serious demand gets seen
- $199: priority routing into Premium Index providers
Demand side liquid. Providers see real budgets; agents find fillers fast.
Not a freelance job board — machine intentions with pay rails, routed through IMP/Index.
7. AgentRank Live
AgentRank Live
Public scoreboard of agent-readiness / capability fitness.
- Free: methodology + public board (competition = marketing)
- $49: track your property + fix tips into Index
- $199: history API + priority re-rank queue
Status, PR, continuous improvement. People fight leaderboards.
Not domain SEO rank — agent-commerce readiness (IMP, rails, receipts, uptime signals).
8. AMB Amplify (separate product)
AMB Amplify — Agent Marketplace Beacon distribution
Gets your capability beacon announced across hosts agents already poll — fan-out, health, traffic.
- Multi-host
amb.jsonpropagation - Health checks if beacons die/expire
- Fetch/traffic analytics
- Works even if you self-host matching
$79/mo separate SKU · Pro Index includes strong AMB baseline · Amplify stacks for max fan-out
Index = get chosen. AMB = get announced. Different job, different buyer, sometimes bought alone.
Best API still loses if no agent ever sees the beacon.
Upgrade from one static /.well-known/amb.json on a single host → operated multi-host distribution.
9. x402 pay-per-call (related, not the Suite SKU)
x402 / HTTP 402 micropayments
Agent pays per API call (often from ~$0.001) on Base USDC / other rails to payTo 0x7233…f4aa.
Index finds the tool; x402 settles the call; Receipts prove it. Snacks/listings can bill separate from the $49 Index sub.
If someone messages you — quick answers
“Is the protocol free?”
Yes. IMP is $0. We charge for hosted Premium Index and AMB Amplify.
“Do I need all the modules?”
No. Buy $49 Index — Suite Core is included. Modules aren’t +$10 each.
“What’s AMB vs Index?”
Index matches you. AMB announces you. Amplify is optional distribution muscle.
“Why not self-host only?”
You can. Most teams still want SLA, rank, radar, receipts, and multi-host beacons without building them.
“Federal / SDVOSB?”
Enterprise path. UEI G24VZA4RLMK3 · CAGE 21U51 · Kinston NC. No fake GSA/FedRAMP claims.
“Where do I pay?”
pricing.html → Stripe. Starter $49 · Pro $199. AMB Amplify $79 order via page/email until Stripe price id wired.
“What do I send a curious agent / dev?”
This page + suite hub + pricing.

What YOU (Tim) should expect day-to-day
- Public pages teach and capture attention (badge, radar, drops, rank) — free visitors are normal and good.
- Money event = Stripe $49/$199 on pricing.html (Premium Index). That’s the primary win.
- Second money event = AMB Amplify $79 (distribution buyers, sometimes without Index).
- x402 $0.001 calls = usage gravy, not the main SaaS story.
- You are dogfood #1 — SML endpoints, AMB, payTo
0x7233…, suite pages should always feature Script Master Labs first. - If someone asks “what is X?” → send this URL. Don’t reinvent the pitch from memory.
