HTTP 402 means the target passed preflight and the endpoint is asking for the current $0.001 x402 authorization. A no-charge error or alternative means the target was invalid, private, robots-disallowed, unavailable, unsupported, oversized, empty, or otherwise not ready for accepted delivery.
