Does this vendor consistently fulfill its financial obligations? A vendor that can't pay its own infrastructure bills is a vendor that will disappear without warning. We track on-time payment rates, average payment delays, and transaction consistency.

Uptime Consistency

Weight: 25% of TrustScore

Is the vendor's service consistently available? We measure actual API response times, error rates, and declared vs. actual maintenance windows. A vendor at 99.9% uptime versus 95% — we catch the difference before your customers do.

Security Posture

Weight: 20% of TrustScore
